Logistics employee at Intraco

At my previous employer, the economic crisis was strongly felt. I didn’t have enough work to do and my working days became more and more boring. It was time to look for a new challenge. I came into contact with Intraco through a selection agency. I remember laughing a lot during the job interviews, even though they are usually rather formal. As I also liked the content of the job, I quickly knew "I want to work here". Meeting my future immediate colleagues was what really decided me. It seemed to me right away that this was a nice, close-knit team that I wanted to be part of.

"If you ask for something that will contribute to your development within the company, they are open to it and you receive strong support".

In my previous job, I got to know the freight forwarding sector from the import side. Today, my work is entirely focused on export. I make sure that our customers receive their ordered goods correctly and on time. I arrange transport and I also handle the documents and the required administration. I enjoy taking care of the logistical handling of a product that we have produced ‘in house’. This allows me to follow the process from start to finish and to get a clearer insight into the entire product flow.

I have been working here for almost two years now. Time flies. During this time I have learned a lot, partly thanks to the training opportunities that Intraco has offered me. If you ask for something that will contribute to your development within the company, they are open to it and you receive strong support. Previously, I attended a training course on dangerous goods, for example, and today I am taking a French course. So you have the opportunity to continually develop yourself and that gives great satisfaction.
