In 2017, I started at DCM in a job that I knew was a perfect fit for me as soon as I read the job advertisement. It turned out to be a good match, not only in terms of job content but also in terms of colleagues. Our team is close-knit; we all have a calm personality, but like to have a chat now and then. And we laugh a lot too!
Despite the strong growth in recent decades, DCM still puts its employees and customers centre stage.
DCM is still growing, which means that my job has changed enormously in a few years and still continues to evolve. I am involved in many logistics projects every day, I am responsible for the general agreements with our transporters and I have the opportunity to perfect and share my knowledge of SAP and Excel. I am still learning every day here, which I appreciate very much!
My job offers me a wide variety of tasks and each of them suits me well. I like working at DCM because of the family atmosphere. Communication between the various departments runs smoothly and gently, with everyone being really appreciated.
